From an early age I had an interest in massage; whether it was rubbing my grandmothers feet to increase circulation, or my cousins back to pass the time, I discovered I had a talent for making them feel better. As a child I was most aware of the praise I'd receive, little did I know that my skill to seek out and massage where the pain was would one day open doors to a career that I now believe I was destined to do. After completing my massage training in 1995, the journey to Body Beautiful by Renae began. It has taken a few twists and turns along the way, but I love what I do and where this journey has taken me this far.
I practice a combination of Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Retraining, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release. In 1997 I realized, through my own experience, the need for Pregnancy and Infant Massage and added that to my services, as well as Seated on site massage for those who need rejuvenation in the work place.
In the fall of 2000 I went back to school to become an Esthetician. Upon graduating, I moved to the Walla Walla area where I have developed my own unique style and touch. I also include a “sensory journey” through aromatherapy by incorporating Young Living Essential Oils into my massage and facial practice.
I am committed to bringing sensitivity, respect and an atmosphere of clinical safety and emotional well being to my practice. I’m looking forward to meeting you and working together to meet your needs.
